Question: What are Corresponding Points ?

Answer:

In transformations such as enlargements, reflections, rotations, translations, etc. points which map onto each other are called corresponding points.

For example in the rotation, A and A1 are corresponding points, B and B1 are corresponding points.
In the reflection P and P1, and Q and 1 are pairs of corresponding points.
